Adjusting & Enjoying - loving change

The new place is great!
I am in love with my new town,
the apartment
I am along a busy route (like a main little highway), there are tons of stores, plazas and restaurants throughout, is awesome that I have a gas station next door, and now that I am taking pills the fact that I have a CVS across the street, helloooo, can't get better than that.
Already heard that as soon the nice weather come about this place will be extremely busy and it is why I am learning the back-roads, a few days ago i had a little taste of how bad traffic could get.

Still no furniture
taking my time and slowly putting everything together,
thinking of what will look best in here
after all, this is like my own single girl apartment (sorta)
son is hardly ever here, he probably stays 2-3 days out of the week, which I don't mind at all.

I am having tons of issues with my WiFi, I can't make a phone call to safe my life, trying to solve one issue at a time, not rushing it, feels so good at times to enjoy t…

TMIT - Background music

Thank you to my friend Jz at A Reluctant Bitch Blog for presenting the idea of background music for this week’s TMI Tuesday. Wouldn’t life be more interesting if it was punctuated by background music in certain situations? Yes of course it would! Below I have given you the situation, you name the background music that should play.Have fun, it’s the soundtrack of your life. 1. When you wake up in the morning.
Michael Buble - I'm feeling Good

2. When you climax during sex.
Frankie Goes To Hollywood - Relax

3. When you urinate.
Tony! Toni! Tone! - feels good

4. When you walk into your home after a long day of work.

I am your fantasy

I am going to make your fantasies come true

All moved in, now trying to settle in

I was not so healthy last week, the entire week struggling with my BP among other little health issues but getting them under control.

Prior to moving I was very scared of where I was going to leave my oldest daughter since I moved so far away (25 minutes away).  Spoke to the landlord and he agreed to rent her the apartment, so relieved he was kind enough to do that, but it was a win-win situation if you ask me.

I  moved Friday and happy to say that I am in love with my new apartment.  Have not been there long enough to appreciate it as I would like but I am looking forward to the weekend when I will be able to stay home and get a bit more cozy and get a better feel for it. The neighborhood is amazing, stores and restaurants to the left and right, beach is practically down the street, can't get better than that! Already in love.  Can't wait til the summer gets here.

Starting from scratch. No furniture, just my TV, my bedroom set and my sons', that is it.   I even left the …

TMIT - I'm cheap

**at a new place and no internet until tomorrow, working from my phone.
Consumer purchase behavior is much studied. These questions are about your buying behavior with respect to different products.

1. Name a category for which you are very fussy and only one product will do. Name the product.
Ans: my pussy soap!  I only use "Javon de cuaba" Dominican soap brand "Hispano/Lavador"
That's the only soap I use for my area :-)

2. Name a category for which you are fussy about quality and buy top-of-the-line brands.
AnsLaundry detergent.  I don't buy clothes as often as I buy shoes.  I take great care of what I have.
3. Name a category for which you are most interested in price, and will buy whatever brand is cheapest.
Ans: Tomato paste
4. Name a category for which you are unable to find a satisfactory product.
Ans: Deodorant!  Can't use the same brand for more than two months, I have to switch it up.
5. Name a product that has disappeared from the mar…

TMI - feelings, nothing more than...emotions?

“The emotions aren’t always immediately subject to reason,
but they are always immediately subject to action”Quote from philosopher-pyschologist William JamesLaughter: What makes you laugh? many things, specially if someone tries or tickles me.  Funny movies/people, situations.  Sometimes I laugh when I should be crying.  go figure!Anger: This past week, who or what really pissed you off? What happened? I was looking for my hair-dryer, my brush and body lotion, for some reason my daughter keeps taking my stuff and does not put it back!! that really pisses me off!Fear: What phobia did you have but overcame?NONE, I am still working through them, some will have to be worked on when I am with my Papi mineSurprise: Recently, what unexpected act or behavior did you experience in your sex life? that I am still having sex by myself! LOL...I have been experiencing stronger orgasms.Trust: Many on-going relationships have a certain predictability about them. Does that certainty translate into tru…

Busy Weeks

Moving next week and trying to get ready for it has not been so easy.Organizing, throwing away things that are no longer needed, replacing some items, labeling boxes making sure everything is organized for the move.
I have to rearrange a few more boxes, I put way too many items in it and will make it a bit difficult to lift, can't have none of that since I will be assisting in the moving.I feel this move is going to be the start of some amazing changes and wonderful events that will be taking place in my life.
The area is amazing, I can't say enough about that!
I have a 24 hour CVS across the street
A rite aid behind me
two 4.5 stars restaurants (one behind the building, the other across the street)
Dunkin Donuts
Beach 2 miles away
Chinese Restaurant next door, and next door to that is a breakfast jointThe apartment itself is small but I am also downsizing, only taking my son with me, the girls are already going on their own, which I am also helping with the apartment hunting.…

TMIT ~Movie Script~

This week’s TMI Tuesday write your own movie script. The wonderful idea came from Jz, at A Reluctant Bitch blog
On the heels of Hollywood’s Academy Awards, we’ll take famous movie quotes and give them a twist. Take the famous movies quotes below and change them up by filling in the blank.

For example: “Gone with the Wind” Scarlett O’Hara should have said: “As God is my witness, I’ll never be
hungryhorny again!” Below are several famous movie quotes but parts have been left for you to fill in and add a twist. 1. Wizard of Oz: “I’ve got a feeling we’re not in Kansasyour bedroom anymore.” (See movie cliphere ) 2. Apocolypse Now: “I love the smell of napalmCoffee in the morning.” (See movie cliphere ) 3. Casablanca: “Here’s looking at you kidmy Owner .” 4. On the Waterfront: “You don’t understand! I coulda had class. I coulda been a contender. I could’ve been somebodya huge slut , instead of a
bum Teacher , which is what I am.” (See movie clip here ) 5. Star Wars: “May the ForceSpank Force be wi…
