Oooh how is going to hurt!
I should not be anticipating the pain but I did have a trainer once upon a time and I know how all that working out can also make your body ache when you are not used to doing it.
I can't do the sit ups, crunches, leg raises, and planks without first doing cardio, soooo as of today I own a simple elliptical machine that I will be using to get me going, get my heart rate up, sweat and heat up them muscles.
Same with meals, already prepared the menu for the week and crossing my fingers I actually follow it. When the son wants to eat some rice, beans and meat (Dominican style food) I can't deny myself that pleasure, mmmm.
--I think I have to work harder at eating right than the workouts itself LOL, what can I say? I have an awesome relationship with food and having the ability to cook the way I do does not help :-/
