having a few days off doesn't help me at all!
I needed more than meditation to start my day, it was the hardest getting out of bed, still sleepy, wishing to stretch the time and practically cursing at the alarm because the snooze didn't seem to be working.
I was ready, I knew I was going to be feeling this way since I went to bed a little after midnight and it has been like that for quite a few days.
I love my sleep, I have a great relationship with my bed, but I have began to wonder about "sleep" in total and how overrated it is, do we really need to sleep? (that's another blog post)
although I didn't get enough sleep, or it feels that way, I was able to gather a bit of motivation and do something I haven't done in a long time - qigong
the moves came to me quickly, didn't feel it had been so long since I last tried it and after i was done one question came to mind, why did i ever stop?
